Tell us about yourself!

I have been teaching for 26 years. I have a license in k-6 elementary, 5-9 middle schools science, 5-8 Social Studies, High school physics, Masters in physics, and currently working on my Doctorate. I am currently teaching 6th grade. I love the ah hah moments when a student gets something.

Who is your favorite NHL® player and why?

I would say Kaapo Kahkonen he shows up to work doesn’t complain and does well.

What is your favorite part of the Future Goals™program? How do you see STEM in the game of hockey?

The way that it brings real life situations with what we are learning in class. It gives the students another way to learn.
