Tell us about yourself!

I am in my 33rd year of teaching and I teach 7th and 8th grade science. I had a fifth Grade teacher Lenny Marcus at Markham elementary that turned me on to teaching…. it is all I have ever wanted to do. Watching my 7th grade HOOOMANS turn into well adjusted Adults. Still volunteer with the marching band, fundraise for my 1st wife Melissa’s memorial scholarship for the band. I have the best job…. thanks for EVERFI!

Who is your favorite NHL® player and why?

Battleship Kelly. When I was a little kid i would listen to pens games and he was our enforcer. I loved a young Mike Lange describing the games!

What is your favorite part of the Future Goals™program? How do you see STEM in the game of hockey?

Kids can work at there own pace and the learn stuff and sometimes don’t even realize it the program is so much fun!
