Gender Equality Month

March 2021

For the month of March, the NHL and NHLPA are celebrating women from across the hockey community, on and off the ice. The NHL is celebrating the 200+ women who are in senior leadership roles at the NHLPA, NHL and its 32 Member Clubs. This group of women holds positions in the C-Suite, with many leading their team's Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Legal and Business departments; six women are owners or part of their team's ownership group. Other notable areas include Player Development, Scouting, Diversity and Inclusion, Building Operations, and Game Presentation.
