Tell us about yourself!

I moved to Texas in 2019 and am slowly getting involved. I am in a cohort for my district-Innovate HEB ISD. Teaching Family and Consumer Sciences is my passion. College, career, and family readiness is obtainable for all of my students. I became a teacher to provide a safe space for students to figure out their passions without judgment and prepare for their futures.

Who is your favorite NHL® player and why?

The students like Ryan Suter. I have hockey fans in my classes.

What is your favorite part of the Future Goals™program? How do you see STEM in the game of hockey?

My 7th grade students love the course. They love learning through gaming.

If you played hockey, what position would you play and why?
